Return Process

  Log into your EIO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to EIO

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
